The Fordell/Mangamahu Branch of Rural Women NZ meet monthly with a focus on friendship, networking and fundraising. We support and enable locals, mostly students, to follow their dreams and passions with donations to attend sporting or cultural fixtures. We give bursaries to students starting secondary school, to help with the costs of uniforms and technology and, to one student per year going to tertiary studies, a boarding bursary to help with the cost of boarding/hostel fees.
